Slytherin Cosplay - The Student From The House of Slytherin

This week my sister and I had a relatively spontaneous idea, which we implemented very quickly. I had been thinking about this little shoot for a while, but I wanted to have it photographed last year in the fall. Sometimes things don't work out right away and this time I'm very happy about it, because thanks to the weather, the Slytherin Cosplay pictures have become particularly authentic.

A few memories

Funnily enough, the cosplay consists of 75% clothes that I often wear in everyday life. Except for the tights. I don't like tights. The highlights or rather the items that make a student out of Slytherin have a very special value for me. We have already talked about the magic wand in another blog post talked and of course only Snape's magic wand fit.
Shortly before we left, I was a little worried about the cloak, but it had already survived a typhoon rain. It was a souvenir from my holiday in Japan. I had fulfilled a big wish and had the Hogwarts and Hogsmeade in the Universal Studios Osaka The visit was partially a washout - literally, as the sky only gave us heavy rain that day - but I am very grateful for this experience.
I got the scarf a few years ago from dear Alex. The homemade Monster Book of Monsters was a birthday present from his sister. A big thank you to both of them!

My Relationship with Slytherin

Lately I have been hearing a lot of Harry Potter Audiobooks and I have to say that sometimes I think about whether I really am a Slytherin I would be as proud as punch if I could do magic. No question about it! But I'm not cunning at all. I have a mixture of the other three houses in me, but perhaps we should find out which one it would be...
Most likely it is my boundless loyalty to Professor Snape , who somehow draws me to the house. In my opinion, however, one should not tar everyone with the same brush. That is why it would also be 100% nice Slytherin give.

It's definitely a lot of fun to shoot a few costumes every now and then and let's see if there will be a "homemade" Slytherin cosplay at some point. But unfortunately that's still up in the air. A big thank you goes out to my sister for this shoot because she did a great job behind the camera!

I wish you a great Sunday!
