Animal Crossing: New Horizons Halloween Update - All information
As of October 1st, a lot has changed on the Animal Crossing islands, because the Animal Crossing Halloween update is here!

Buying & Planting Pumpkins
In the new Animal Crossing Halloween update, pumpkins can now be planted and processed. To do so, you simply have to go to the Nook Store or buy the seedlings from Gerd (the sloth). But be careful: at Nepp & Schlepp, the seedlings (280 bells) cost twice as much as at Gerd (140 bells)!
The seedlings are available from October 1st and can only be purchased until October 31st . After that, the pumpkins will continue to grow.
The pumpkins grow in four different colors (orange, white, yellow and green) and can be used for 14 different crafting instructions . If you water the seedlings with the watering can , the yield per plant increases from 1 to 3 pumpkins . It takes up to three days until the pumpkins can be harvested.

The update also includes some new crafting instructions . You can also buy the items you need to craft one by one in the Nook Store .
You can get the DIYs from balloons, messages in bottles and from neighbors who are currently crafting in their houses.

You can buy candies for 120 bells from Nepp and Schlepp , but only one per day .
New eye colors, body paint and clothes
Of course, you have to dress up properly for Halloween, which is why there are new eye colors and body paintings that you can get from the vending machine for Nook Miles (2400 each) .

Halloween event
The Halloween event starts on October 31, 2020 from 5 p.m. to midnight. For this you need the candy , which you then give to Jacob the Halloween Prince to receive great rewards . You can also give candy to your islanders so that they don't play pranks on you.
