Kingdom New Lands Tips - The Ultimate Kingdom Guide

As simple as the controls of Kingdom New Lands are, the game can become more difficult. That's why I've put together a comprehensive guide with lots of Kingdom New Lands tips.

1. Protect your monarch at all costs

The monarch is your playable character. If he is attacked and loses the crown, the game is lost . Therefore, the most important task is to always make sure that you are safe. Do not go too close to activated monster portals and do not roam outside your walls at night . If the enemies attack the walls, do not go too close because there are also monsters that can jump over the wall.

2. Receive coins

You can earn coins through the following activities:

  • Search chests
  • dealers
  • by hunting hares and deer
  • fishing
  • Farmers who cultivate and harvest the fields in summer
  • Farmers who collect berries in winter

To the merchant: he goes to his camp for one coin and gives you 8 coins back the next day . He can only be sent out during the day.

3. Recruit new residents

2-3 camps with potential but homeless residents always spawn on an island. You can recruit them with a coin so that they automatically go to your castle. There you can use more coins to assign them tasks (archer, craftsman, knight, farmer). But make sure you don't recruit them too late, because when the enemies are approaching, they will attack you and take the coin away. So you have to equip them with coins again.

You should also pay attention to where these camps with potential new citizens are located. Sometimes they are very close to your castle and then you have to weigh up whether you urgently need new residents or space. Because as soon as the last tree in front of the camp is cut down, the camp will also disappear.

4. Improve buildings

In addition to protecting the monarch, your most important task is to protect your subjects. They stay in your fortress in the evenings and for this you need appropriate towers and protective walls.

Walls and towers can be attacked and torn down by monsters. Both can be rebuilt by craftsmen for coins.

You can find all expansion stages here:

It is available to you right from the start. It has no special abilities and recharges your stamina by grazing.

6. Surviving the winter

Winter is hard, but with a certain amount of preparation you can survive . In the seasons when you have earned a lot of money, you have to save up a lot. To do this, you ride to your mayor and drop off coins so that he can store them in your castle. You can see how much is in there by looking at the mountain of coins that gradually builds up in the middle of the gate.

It is also possible to hunt wild animals and get coins from them. The deer mount is particularly useful for this, as it attracts deer to your archers.

In Kingdom Two Crowns, winter is easier to survive. Farmers can collect coins from berry bushes, for which you have to spend one coin per bush. Four farmers can collect from one bush.

7. Get improvements with statues

There are a total of 4 statues that give you bonuses when you unlock them with coins. If your monarch dies, you lose this bonus.

1. Stature of the archers

In addition to the architect's stature, the archer's stature is one of the most important . It increases the accuracy and hit probability of your archers and also enables them to catch fast opponents with bow and arrow. It can be found on the first island.
Cost: 4 coins

2. Stature of the architect

You can find this statue on the 3rd island and it gives you stronger walls .
Cost: 8 coins

3. Stature of the Scythe

With it you can place two more farmers per farm . The statue is located on the 2nd island.
Cost: 4 coins

4. Stature of the Knights

This stature does not necessarily have to be activated, as it gives the knight units more strength and a jump attack , but they also have less health points . Can be found on island 5.
Cost: 8 coins

8. Repair the ship and leave the island

To get to new islands, you have to find the wrecked ship and repair it. The following costs apply:

  • Build scaffolding: 10 coins
  • Build hull: 118 coins
  • Launching a ship: 2 coins
  • Sending subjects to the ship: 2 coins
  • Set sail: 10 coins

9. Hermits and their tasks

Hermits are elderly individuals who reside in their homes in the forest. If you persuade them to come with you for a fee, they can unlock new features for your castle .

1st Ballista Hermit

The Hermit can convert a level 4 tower into a ballista tower . The three archers are then replaced by a craftsman, who activates the ballista.

10. All monsters at a glance

There are many different monsters that want to get their hands on your monarch, so here is a brief overview:

standard monster

They are about the same size as your castle inhabitants and your first enemies. Initially in small groups, they appear in ever larger numbers . They can attack all units and your monarch . They also like to steal - coins, tools, hermits...

Some of them also wear masks and are therefore more resistant to attacks .

Flying Monsters

These monsters don't attack your walls, they just fly over them. They steal residents and kidnap them.

Brooding Monsters

They are big, stocky and can deal a lot of damage . They can also take a lot of damage and constantly breed new monsters .
